Tickets are delivered no later than 2 days before the event date. Tickets are delivered as mobile tickets via a ticketing app. In rare cases, tickets may be provided as a PDF. Your booking confirmation reaches your email immediately after payment, and the tickets or instructions follow within that window before the event.

Each Spanish Super Cup (Supercopa de España) match is at a different ground, and each has its own rail link. Chobani Stadium in Kadıköy, on the Asian side, is a few minutes on foot from Söğütlüçeşme station on the Marmaray line, which runs under the Bosphorus from Sirkeci in the old city; the Kadıköy ferry pier is about twenty minutes' walk away. Tüpraş Stadium on the Bosphorus shore is a five-minute walk from the Kabataş stop of the T1 tram and the funicular from Taksim, and ten minutes from the Beşiktaş ferry pier. Rams Park in Seyrantepe has its own metro station on a branch of the M2, about half an hour from Taksim. Roads around all three close on match nights, so a taxi drops you at the edge of the closure — and with every kick-off at 22:00, check the last departures before you set out.

If the event is cancelled by the organiser and not rescheduled, a full refund will be issued. If the event is postponed to a new date, your tickets remain valid for the rescheduled fixture. February is the coldest stretch of the Istanbul year: daytime highs average around 9 °C, overnight lows around 3 °C, and rain is common through the month. Every match kicks off at 22:00, after dark and in the coldest hours, and the walk to the gate and the wait for security screening are in the open whatever the roof cover of the stadium. Warm layers, a waterproof outer layer and shoes that cope with wet ground are the practical minimum. There is no dress code beyond the venue's own rules on what may be brought inside, which are published for each event.

Doors usually open one to two hours before the advertised start time; the exact time is confirmed by the organiser and shown on your ticket. Present your mobile ticket at the gate directly from your phone with the screen brightness turned up. Arriving at least 60 minutes early leaves room to clear security and reach your place.

In most cases tickets can be transferred to another person. The exact method depends on the ticketing platform used for delivery — some support direct in-app transfers, while others need coordination through our support team. Yes — you can book multiple tickets together in a single order and checkout. Booking several places in the same category keeps a group together where availability allows, and the full set is delivered to the one email address used at checkout. No — each Supercopa fixture is ticketed separately. The two semi-finals and the final are three distinct matches, and a ticket admits you to the one it names. Supporters who want to see more than one match of the week book each fixture on its own — and each is at a different stadium: the first semi-final at Chobani Stadium, the second at Tüpraş Stadium, the final at Rams Park. This also means the final can be booked before its two finalists are known: the ticket is for the fixture rather than for a particular club, and it stays valid whichever sides come through the semi-finals.

Venues generally prohibit weapons, alcohol and food brought from outside, oversized bags, professional cameras with detachable lenses, recording equipment, laser pointers and any pyrotechnics. Security screening is carried out at every entrance, so travelling light speeds up entry. The definitive list is published by the venue for each event and takes precedence over any general guidance — check the venue's own rules for your date before you set out.

All sales are final, so orders cannot generally be cancelled once payment is complete, because tickets are reserved or purchased for your specific order as soon as you pay. Cancellation requests are reviewed only case by case.
